Refund policy

At AIDELOJE, we stand behind the craftsmanship and quality of our garments.

Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery for unworn, unwashed items in original condition with tags attached.

Items must be returned in their original packaging.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after inspection and approval.

Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the item received was defective.

AIDELOJE reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.
